TurnAround Counseling Services does not provide emergency or crisis-response services. Email, text messages, contact forms, and voicemail are not continuously monitored. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please do not wait for a response from the office. Call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Requesting a New Client Appointment
We look forward to helping you take the first step toward turning your life around. TurnAround Counseling Services currently accepts Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance and self-pay clients only. Insurance participation and benefits vary by plan and will be verified before an initial appointment is scheduled.
If you plan to use Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance, you may provide your insurance information in any of the following ways:
- Enter the requested insurance information in the form below.
- Text clear pictures of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your date of birth, to
(256) 739-9569. - Call (256) 739-9569, option 1, and provide the information by phone.
After receiving your appointment request and, when applicable, your insurance information, the office will contact you regarding scheduling. Because TurnAround Counseling Services is a solo practice without a full-time receptionist, please allow up to one full business day for a response.
